For questions or contact you can email firstname.lastname@example.org Where we refer to “personal data” in this privacy statement, we mean the information you provide to us about yourself. Such as your name, e-mail address and telephone number. You do that completely voluntarily.
Purpose to process and store data
Your personal data will only be used to inform and contact you for what you have completed the relevant contact form for. The composition of the requested personal data has been adjusted per form in such a way that we do not request and / or store information that is not relevant to what you leave your personal data for. Leaving your personal data behind is by definition completely voluntary. We distinguish 2 types of personal data that we process on this website:
- Information request: one form on the website aims to inform you about our organization or a specific question that you have asked yourself. The requested data is limited to name, e-mail and telephone number in order to be able to reach you for the requested information.
- Newsletter: you may sign up for the newsletter. After registering, you will periodically receive the newsletter by e-mail to provide you with the services and general information about the foundation.
Duration of storage of personal data
Personal data is not stored longer than strictly necessary. For contact form 1, data will be deleted 12 months after provision. We are then sure that there has been sufficient opportunity to inform you about what you have left your personal data for. With a newsletter registration we keep your data as long as you are registered, you can actively unsubscribe yourself at any time via a link in the newsletter.
Your personal data is safe. The entrusted data is protected by technical and administrative security measures to minimize the risk of loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure and alteration. You can think of firewalls, encryption of data, secure connections and physical and administrative access controls to the data and servers.
Provision of personal data to third parties
To make the information you requested accessible, STIBION works together with third parties. Think of a website manager, a party that manages the Cloud server (hosting), automatic telephone connection, newsletter system and administration software. An important partner is Amazon’s AVG-compliant Cloud environment (AWS) www.aws.amazon.com This Cloud infrastructure is certified according to ISO 27001 for technical measures, ISO 27017 for Cloud security, ISO 27018 for Cloud privacy and ensures that STIBION can get in touch with you as a participant. Within this Cloud infrastructure, STIBION has taken all possible measures to ensure that your data is sent, processed and stored securely (encrypted). STIBION is the only one with access to these servers and the data stored on them. Physically all data is processed and stored on servers located within the EU in Ireland. A so-called Processor Agreement has been concluded with all parties involved. This agreement guarantees, among other things, the security and timely deletion of your personal data.
Right to access, rectify, withdraw or delete the personal data
